Australian Music Festival Fails: 5 Events Suffering Bad Luck and Bad Organization in Memory of Sunbury
Australia is one of the toughest places to stage a music festival due to its relative isolation from the rest of the world. There's plenty of fans to provide funding for a limited number of events but it's still tough to draw (and pay) huge acts for traveling so far for what's most likely to be just on appearance (versus a longer tour scenario, where headliners such as Katy Perry can make oodles of cash). Here are five festivals that have undergone downsizing down under recently. -

"Luckily, I'm working on a new album now and hopefully that could be out by fall," Kozelek recently told "The Omaha World-Herald," via Stereogum, adding that he is "halfway" finished with it. -

That is quite a résumé for a 19-year-old, but life is not exactly perfect. Her mother, "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills's" Yolanda Foster, has been fighting an uphill battle with Lyme disease for the last three years and a recent relapse sent the family into crisis mode. Kim Kardashian is really struggling with the fact that her younger sister Kendall Jenner has really secured a spot in the world of high fashion modeling. As the Kardashian family was rising to fame in the reality television realm, it was Kim who was the face and body of their brand. She always wanted to be accepted by fashion houses, but even after marrying Kanye West, she has yet to really belong. Jenner, on the other hand, fits right in and has basically really managed to steal her older sister's thunder. This has obviously made Kardashian more than a little jealous. -
Could Lindsay Lohan Be Headed to Jail for Failing to Complete Community Service Hours?
It is sad that we all kind of expect Lindsay Lohan to screw up, and what is sadder is probably the fact that she always delivers. In November, she was granted an extension because she had 138 hours of community service to complete out of an original 240 hours that were handed down to her in connection with a 2012 case. At that time of sentencing, community service for the often-in-trouble Lohan seemed like a gift, but she apparently has not seen it that way. Lohan does not have her hours completed yet and that could mean jail time for the fallen star.
