Lindsay Lohan Is Scrambling to Finish Community Service in Order to Avoid Jail
It sounds like Lindsay Lohan really understands that she is looking at jail time if she screws up again. We told you earlier that she had failed to complete her mandatory hours of community service after already being granted one extension. Basically, Lilo was prepared to stroll into court Jan. 28 with another round of excuses until someone made her understand that it is unlikely to work again. If she does not get herself together, she will likely have per probation violated and will be sitting in a jail cell. The fallen star is now reportedly scrambling to finish her hours to avoid jail. -
Dropkick Murphys Tell Republican Governor Scott Walker to Stop Using "I'm Shipping Up to Boston"
If you're a working class influenced punk rock band, the idea of an anti-labor, anti-labor politician using your music at political rallies may just make you a little bit angry. Enter in the fable of Dropkick Murphys. The Massachusetts band's big hit "I'm Shipping Up to Boston" is now getting played at political events for Wisconsin governor Scott Walker, and Dropkick Murphys are not happy. -
Morrissey Declines Autograph Because 'He Has Ebola': Singer Working on New Album in Los Angeles?
Morrissey busted out some of his signature, strange antics recently at Los Angeles International Airport. A fan claimed that Moz declined signing an autograph because "he has Ebola." The former Smiths frontman typically is not one for fan interaction, so while the behavior comes as no surprise, the choice of excuse is pretty interesting. At least it is timely -- and there is speculation that he is working on a new album in L.A. -
'Full House' Theme Song Gets Royal Reunion Treatment from Bob Saget, John Stamos and More [WATCH]
The Full House theme song got royal treatment over the weekend when the sitcom's cast sang it while attending the birthday party for show creator Jeff Franklin. Bob Saget, John Stamos and Lori Loughlin were among the talent from the show to take the stage, as well as Candace Cameron (D.J. Tanner on the show). As Billboard points out, the reunion performance didn't include either Mary Kate or Ashley Olsen, nor was second uncle Dave Coulier at the gig. -
'RHOA' NeNe Leakes Kept Her Son Bryson Bryant's Incarceration Hidden
Fans of RHOA always seem to have a solid opinion of NeNe Leakes. Either you love her candidness or cannot stand her arrogance, but either way, she generally will get a reaction out of everyone. Usually, when we hear about her it is either in connection with other work projects or it is because of some sort of cat fight with other cast members. There is so much fluff there that strategically hides the fact that this woman is dealing with some serious issues just like everyone else. One of those issues is that she kept the incarceration of her son Bryson Bryant hidden. -

Kanye West, Paul McCartney & Rihanna "FourFiveSecond" Gets Funky, Horn-Filled Remix From Lido [REVIEW]
Kanye West pulled another shocker when he released his latest collaboration alongside Paul McCartney titled "FourFiveSeconds," calling upon the vocal talents of Rihanna to assist with the chorus. The acoustic, relaxed original was a eye-brow raiser to Rihanna fans who have been waiting for their queen to deliver more dance-pop hits, but it made perfect sense coming from the minds of Kanye West and Paul McCartney. A track as open and inviting as "FourFiveSeconds" was begging for a remix and it gone one from Norwegian producer Lido, who has become famous online for his work with Cashmere Cat and sensual soulful r&b influenced electronic remixes of songs. -
Kris Jenner Is Using Career Ambition to Pit Kendall and Kylie Jenner Against Each Other
2015 is going to be the year of Kendall Jenner. At least, that is the message her momager Kris Jenner, has sent to the rest of the family. While it used to be Kim Kardashian whom Kris poured all of her time and energy into, things have changed. It is Kendall who is now on the rise and her mother is going to make sure the entire family profits from her popularity and career ambition. Kris has reportedly informed the family that her attention needs to be primarily focused on Kendall, and that is causing some serious problems, especially with Kylie Jenner. -
Lady Gaga and Daft Punk Collaborator Giorgio Moroder Working Together on Pop Star's New Album
Lady Gaga continues to roll out collaborators for her new album, or in this case Giorgio Moroder presented himself as working with the performer, telling PopJustice that he had about five or six tracks prepared for presentation. Moroder must be in demand among pop stars right now, as the Gaga revelation slipped while he was discussing his work with Britney Spears as part of his own solo record. -
Sam Smith "Stay With Me": Vocalist Pays Tom Petty Royalties on Hit Single for "I Won't Back Down" Similarity
Sam Smith's "2014" was one one of the bestselling songs of 2014, and perhaps its had a little too much in common with "I Won't Back Down," another classic by Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers. It was revealed earlier this week that the soul vocalist has been paying royalties to Petty as a songwriter for the song, although not with all of the legal drama we often associate with similar tunes, such as the ongoing lawsuit between the Marvin Gaye estate and Robin Thicke comparing the 2013 hit "Blurred Lines" with that soul singer's "Got To Give It Up."
