  • Paula Abdul Officially Replacing Mary Murphy on 'SYTYCD', Jason Derulo Also in as New Judge

We told you recently that Mary Murphy's departure from "So You Think You Can Dance" appeared to be simply to make room for a different diva at the judging table, Paula Abdul. Today, FOX confirmed that Abdul will indeed be replacing the ballroom expert that spent more than a decade with the hit show. Also signing on the dotted line as a brand new judge is Jason Derulo. His addition to the panel actually makes a lot of sense, especially with the way that the show's format has been changed for season 12.

  • Junk Mail: Fall Out Boy 'American Beauty/American Psycho' Album Review

AB/AP was an ambitious effort that showed the band experimenting with new ways construct a song. Overall, it maintained the sound I expected from the band. There were details and choices they made that I found interesting, but I don't think it's an album I'll end up revisiting. That said, I think Fall Out Boy fans will be happy with this effort.

  • Chris Brown, Tyga Share 'Ayo' Lyric Video [WATCH]

Chris Brown and Tyga have shared the lyric video for their recent "Fan of a Fan 2" single "Ayo," which you can check out below. The video is edited to look like a jittery VHS tape, and being a hip-hop video there are also plenty of images of cash, cars, diamonds, champagne and nearly naked women. There is plenty to keep your eyes busy, since the lyrics are not really anything to brag about.

  • Aphex Twin Shares New Song 'Diskhat ALL Prepared1mixed' from New EP [LISTEN]

Tomorrow, Jan. 23, electronic artist Aphex Twin — aka Richard D. James — will be releasing his new EP "Computer Controlled Acoustic Instruments PT 2," but today he has offered a small taste of the EP by sharing a remix of its opening track "Diskhat ALL Prepared1mixed 13" through his newly created SoundCloud page, which you can check out below. The track is relatively low-key and moody, with some krautrock-inspired percussion and an emphasis on the space between notes as much as the notes themselves. As the title of the EP implies, the track seems to be rooted in acoustic instruments such as drums and piano, which have then been manipulated by computers. You can't really dance to it — do people really dance to Aphex Twin? — but it is still incredible.

Burial fans will not be disappointed.
