    Kourtney Kardashian gave birth to her third child with Scott Disick just six weeks ago and in the time that has passed we have heard more about his bad behavior then we have about the couples' new addition. If anything, Disick seems like his typical out of control partying may actually have gotten worse with the pressure of another child. Not that it's really a surprise because the reality star has always battled alcohol and drug addiction and stress seems to bring out the worst in him. Since Kourtney seems to be stuck in the same rut of making empty threats while her situation never changes, her sister, Kim Kardashian, is now involving herself.

The "Start A Fire" rapper is prepared to sue Birdman to do so after already, reportedly filing a lawsuit to get the $8 million advance on Tha Carter V back as the album has not been released as of yet.

    Electronic artist Chaz Bundick, better known by his stage name Toro y Moi, has announced a tour across North America and Europe from March to May. According to Consequence of Sound, the tour kicks off in Visalia, California on March 24 and make a few stops around the state before heading over to Berlin on March 31 for a six-date European trek. The North American leg picks up again with Bundick's Coachella appearance on April 11, and finishes up in Austin on May 20.

In the suit, lawyers for Melissa claim that each staff member acted more like a groupie doctors than a bunch of caregivers, and when it was clear there was an emergency, Joan's personal doctor left the room in an attempt to distance herself from the mistakes that had been made.

    Australia Day got a little out of hand for a few people in Sydney Monday night, Jan. 26. Ty Dolla $ign and YG were performing the fourth show in Sydney on their joint Australia-New Zealand, five-date concert tour when an incident allegedly occurred that led to an ugly brawl outside the venue. Taking place on Australia Day, the show at the Enmore Theatre should have been filled with patriotic cheer and good times, but instead the riot police had to be called into to break up a fight.

    Dance music conglomerate SFX Entertainment, which owns or have majority stake in companies globally like ID&T, Beatport and Made Event has announced a shake up at the top of the executive food chain. This was expected after a November 2014 investors call revealed that the company was going to do an internal evaluation to see where changes needed to be made and where any overlap lied. The major shakeup lays in the marketing and rewards platform Viggle and a move to consolidate positions with executives at both firms.
