  • 7 Songs Featuring Non-Traditional Instruments; Featuring Tracks from The Beach Boys, Nirvana, Pearl Jam and More

On this day 40 years ago Pink Floyd began working on what would become what many consider to be the band's masterpiece, and what would become one of the bestselling rock albums of all time: Dark Side of The Moon. A Floyd project that fewer people are familiar with is the album that the band meant to do instead of Moon: An album recorded using nothing but household objects. This project, despite the inevitable cult stays that it would attain, probably wouldn't have lived up to the acclaim of the album the band did end up recording. Still, we can't help but appreciate the idea of using non-musical items in a more musical sense. Here are seven songs (if not full albums) that feature some outside instrumentation.
  • Dolly Parton's Dollywood Theme Park Faces Lawsuit Over 2013 Injury

In late December 2013, a Florida woman named Tedi A. Brown suffered a brain injury after falling from a ride at the Dollywood theme park in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, which is owned by country legend Dolly Parton. One year later, "Billboard" reports that Brown and her husband have filed a lawsuit against Dolly Parton Productions Inc. and Herschend Family Entertainment Corp., alleging that the ride's operators are responsible for Brown's headfirst fall, which resulted in "permanent impairments and disabilities."According to the lawsuit, Brown's accident occurred on a ride called the Waltzing Swinger, which features swinging chairs with a lap bar mechanism to keep riders restrained. But Brown lifted the lap bar before it was safe to do so, and due to the wintry weather conditions that day slipped out of her seat and fell 10 feet onto the pavement below, resulting in "spine and neck injuries, torn ligaments, and a broken jaw."The lawsuit alleges that Brown and her family were falsely informed that the ride would be safe under such wintry conditions and that Brown was not warned to keep herself restrained until the ride was completely finished and safely on the ground.

It must have been an interesting moment when she first realized that Montana was just a few feet away!According to Hollywood Life, the former couple was seated tables apart for dinner and they acknowledged each other, but there was no reconnecting. In the past, even when they had called things off we have seen Kardashian and Montana gravitate toward one another. The fact that it did not happen at 1 Oak seems to indicate that they may really be finished for good.In recent weeks, she seems to have had a bit of a wake-up call, and instead of running from her feelings and mess, Kardashian is ready to face her demons, beginning with her pending divorce from Lamar Odom. She has just a few short weeks to either proceed with requesting a no-fault divorce or else her whole divorce petition could be dismissed. Montana was probably a good and fun distraction for a while, but now even Kardashian realizes it is crunch time.
