Sony's Security Breach Reveals Drake and Kevin Hart as Possible Leads in Spike Lee's New Film 'School Daze Too'
While Sony's recent security breach has uncovered information some folks would have liked to keep private, fans will be pleased to know that in the midst Drake and Kevin Hart were revealed as possible leads for Spike Lee's new film "School Daze Too."According to "HipHopDX," an email from Lee's agent to the head of Sony Pictures Entertainment about a possible follow-up to the director's 1988 movie "School Daze" was discovered during the leak. In the email, Lee's agent, Doug Belgrad, offers up a pitch for the film with the hopes of casting Drake and Hart as the lead roles."This is a new draft that Spike has written after meetings with Drake, who will play the lead role of PE*NIS, and Kevin Hart who will play DAT N---A JIGGA," Belgrad wrote. "The budget is $ 9 million (net, after Georgia tax credits), not including historic costs, star salaries, creative producer fees. I believe in the film both as an entertainment — a college film — and as a provocative and exciting piece about the conflict of traditional values (education, college) and hip hop/star/celebrity culture. Why go to college to get a job to make money when you can make more money rapping, stripping, and creating salacious music videos even if they demean women??"Talks of a sequel for the film, which originally starred Laurence Fishburne, Giancarlo Esposito and Tisha Campbell-Martin, came about last year after Lee revealed he had completed a script for "School Daze Too." -
It Looks Like Charles Manson Has Married 26-Year-Old Afton Burton
Charles Manson may be serving a life sentence in a California prison for being the ringleader of a cult and ultimately responsible for the deaths of seven people, but that has not stopped him from apparently getting married. Afton Burton is a 26-year-old woman who became obsessed with the mass-murderer while still a teenager. She eventually left her home in Illinois in order to reside near him in California and spends her days working on ways to try and secure Manson's freedom. The couple recently filed for a marriage license and just yesterday Burton was spotted wearing what looks like a plain wedding band. After applying for their license, Manson and Afton had 90 days to carry out an actual wedding ceremony, but they were at the mercy of the prison. It would have to either be on one of Manson's regular visiting days or else a holiday such as Thanksgiving. There is no confirmation that the couple actually exchanged vows, but the ring was not on Burton's finger before this weekend, which makes things a bit more interesting. -

German producer/DJ Anton Zaslaski — better known as Zedd — has announced that he will be releasing a documentary titled "Moment of Clarity," out Thursday, Dec. 18. Kanye West Attends Family Reunion Without His Family as Kim Kardashian and North West Are Nowhere in Sight
It is just another typical weekend for Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, and that means the couple will most certainly not be spending any time together. They were briefly spotted together in New York City last week before West flew to Paris. Apparently his trip was short-lived because the rapper was in Wilmington, Delaware, this weekend for a family reunion — one that did not include either his wife or daughter.According to a report by MediaTakeOut, West was chilling with his family Saturday, Dec. 13, while Kardashian and North West were not with him. Kardashian has been making the holiday party rounds this past week, attending Rihanna's Diamond Ball and another bash thrown by Carole Bayer Sager. It seems Kardashian would much prefer a black-tie event with a red carpet over West's family get-togethers anyway, doesn't it?There have been so many rumors about the status of West and Kardashian's marriage lately, with a lot of speculation on the notion that they are basically separated. At its best, this relationship has always resembled more of a business relationship than anything else. Kardashian supposedly met with a divorce attorney last month in order to game-plan how to dismantle things if West makes good on his promise of moving to Paris next year full time.He supposedly wants North with him, but Kardashian is determined to keep her daughter in Los Angeles with her, so things could get messy fast between these two. -
