    Music Times may opt to block its content from Spanish web services following a controversial piece of legislation that allows the government to levy fines against web services that use bits of media, such as audio and video, without paying for. The process, known as aggregation, has taken journalism by storm as ownership prefer to spend less on creating their own original content, preferring rather to borrow information from outer media outlets and reword it appropriately (linking back to the original material of course for legal reasons).

Apparently the ladies got into a verbal fight that turned violent and ended with Thomas smashing a bottle over Ford's head. The on-camera assault left Ford in need of stitches and a hospital bed. The incident caused Thomas to be painted as violent so she has filed a $25 million dollar defamation suit.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, U.S. District Judge John Kronstadt has denied Thicke and Williams' motion for a summary judgment in a copyright lawsuit concerning their 2013 megahit, concluding that the song may have too much in common with Marvin Gaye's 1977 hit "Got To Give It Up."
  • Metallica Asks Fans for Bootlegs, Memorabilia for Upcoming Reissues

    Just as The Who have done for their upcoming 50th anniversary releases, Metallica is calling upon its diehard fans to help them out with some upcoming reissues. In a statement posted to their website, the thrash metal legends have asked fans to submit any videos, photos, bootleg recordings, or any sort of memorabilia that they may have from the band's early years to include in the upcoming reissues of their first two studio albums: "Kill 'Em All" and "Ride The Lightning."
