CalJam Music Festival returns this year and Dave Grohl and the Foo Fighters have prepared an all-star lineup to rock California this October.

CalJam 2018 Lineup

On Monday, April 14, the Foo Fighters, who will headline the event, has revealed the other artists that will take the stage and perform at this year's 12-hour rock extravaganza.

Iggy Pop is one of the main acts in this year's music festival. He will be joined by The Great Depression featuring Joshua Homme and Troy Van Leeuwen of Queens of Stone Age and Arctic Monkeys drummer Matt Helders.

CalJam is based on the short-lived mid-70s music festival of the same name. It featured legendary performances from rock icons Black Sabbath, Aerosmith, and Deep Purple among others. The new iteration of the event similarly features an all-rock lineup.

Last year's performers include Queens of the Stone Age, Liam Gallagher, Cage the Elephant, and more.

Foo Fighters first announced CalJam 2018 back in November after the success of the revived music festival.

CalJam 2018 Tickets

Similar to last year's music festival, CalJam 2018 will also host a Friday night camping party on Oct. 15 to prepare for the 12-hour non-stop rock fest.

Billy Idol and Mexrixxey, the Mexico-based Smiths and Morrissey cover band, will kick off the party. Comedian Bridget Everett is also set to make an appearance.

Tickets to the event will go on sale on May 17, Thursday, at 10 a.m. PST. A one-day general admission pass costs about $99 not including additional fees.

Fans who want to participate in camping activities have a myriad of options to choose from. Ticket prices range from $169 to $279 depending on which onsite accommodations will be available.

In addition, the music festival will also offer carnival rides and a Foo Fighters Museum. The event will take place at the Glen Helen Regional Park and Amphitheater in San Bernardino, California. For more information, music fans can visit CalJam Fest's official website.

The Foo Fighters is currently on a break from touring in support of their most recent album Concrete and Gold, which was released back in 2017.
