• Pandora Reportedly Weighing Sale As Executives Announce Long Term Plan

    Last night Grammys president Neil Portnow called once again for artists to be paid fairly for their work and for fans to support music - mainly targeting streaming. With this in mind, there have been reports that one of the oldest and largest streaming services Pandora is potentially discussing putting itself up for sale, even as its executives just announced a new detailed plan to increase revenue by 2020.

    Lady Gaga performed her highly anticipated tribute to the late, great music icon David Bowie at the 2016 Grammys on Monday, Feb. 15, which resulted in a standing ovation from the crowd attending the ceremony. Unfortunately for Gaga, one important viewer didn't seem to enjoy the performance. Filmmaker Duncan Jones, Bowie's son, took to Twitter to voice his distaste for the tribute, which was actually a popular opinion of many sharing thoughts on the social media website last night.     The tireless Curren$y has put out yet another mixtape, his second this year, teaming up with Los Angeles-based producer The Alchemist. Titled Carrollton Heist, the 10-track project acts as the follow-up to their 2011 collaborative tape Covert Coup and has features from Styles P, frequent Alchemist collaborator, Action Bronson and Lil Wayne.

    Kanye West's The Life Of Pablo is apparently still being tinkered with, which is why it hasn't been officially released to the public for download. One reason for the one of the of the delays was Chance The Rapper still had some work to do at the 11th hour on his soulful collaboration "Ultralight Beam." He has taken to crowd-sourcing lyric website Genius to annotate the song and give some extra meaning to his own lyrics.
