    Last year, HBO purchased the distribution rights at SXSW to Mavis!, a new documentary about the life, career and struggles of Civil-Rights activists and Soul/R&B singer Mavis Staples. This week, we got to watch the first trailer for the TV movie, which features some great archival live and recording footage of the performer as well as interviews with other artists.
