• 'Empire' Co-Creator Danny Strong Denies Mariah Carey, Oprah Cameos and Talks Season 3

    Fox's surprise hit Empire has already featured some industry heavy-hitters in its two seasons including Chris Rock, Alicia Keys and Marisa Tomei. Rumors have been flying that Oprah Winfrey and Mariah Carey will also be making appearances, but unfortunately for fans of the show, co-creator Danny Strong has denied these in an interview at the Fox's winter press tour party, but did talk season 3 of the hit show.

He released, "Real Friends" and a snippet of "No More Parties in LA" featuring Kendrick Lamar. Wife, Kim Kardashian West, promised that Kanye would be dropping a new track every Friday but unfortunately, that didn't stand true for this past Friday. Luckily for fans, Kardashian gave an explanation and it wasn't a bad one.

  • Celine Dion's Brother Daniel Dies Days After the Death of Her Husband Rene Angelil

    It's been a tragedy laden week for Celine Dion, with the death of her brother Daniel, 59, following husband Rene Angelil's passing. Daniel had reportedly been fighting brain, tongue and throat cancer and died early this past Saturday (Jan. 16). His funeral will be held at the St-Simon-et-Jude in Charlemagne, Quebec following a tribute at the Salon Charles Rajotte in Repentigny, Quebec. Daniel leaves behind his mother Therese, as well as two daughters, Valerie and Marie Michelle. He is also survived by 13 brothers and sisters and two grandchildren Matis and Laurianne.

    Today is OVO Sound Radio's first episode of 2016 but Meek Mill can care less. While enjoying time out with girlfriend, Nicki Minaj, the MMG rapper's 4/4 EP dropped. The four track EP, as expected, takes shots at Drake and doesn't leave much to the imagination when it comes to Meek's annoyance with Drake.

    With the Super Bowl 50 and the 58th Annual Grammy Awards taking place in just a few weeks, it's only right that CBS starts promoting both events. The network has a big month ahead of them since they'll be hosting both TV events just a little over a week apart from each other. So they put Stephen Colbert, Rihanna, Phil Simms, James Brown and Jim Nantz in one commercial to get fans excited for both events.
