Nas and Lil' Wayne are set to co-headline new H.I.T. Festival, short for "History In Tampa," which will occur early next month (Nov. 7, 2015) at the USF Sun Dome. The H.I.T. Festival is being repped by controversial site WorldStarHipHop, an entertainment and news site for all things hip-hop that has accumulated quite a following over the past decade. The event is being touted as "the largest hip-hop event to take place in the South," and has also partnered with Vybe Nation.
