• 'We Are Your Friends' Movie Soundtrack: Kygo, Tchami, Pusha T Featured

    The upcoming Warner Brothers film about being an EDM DJ in Los Angeles, We Are Your Friends, starring Zac Efron has unveiled its complete soundtrack. The official OST will surprisingly not be packed with your main stage headlines like Alesso and Martin Garrix, but rather some more curated selections like Dom Dolla, Fake Blood and The Magician. In addition to those selections, some more popular tracks will come from the acts like Tchami, Kygo, Justice, Deorro and Pusha T, who adds an exclusive rap remix to Hook N Sling's recent collaboration with Far East Movement "Break Yourself."

    The Faces—a group featuring Rod Stewart and The Rolling Stones' Ronnie Wood—have finally figured out a legitimate reunion date, after years of cancelled plans and false alarms. The band's remaining members will join together for a gig at this year's Rock 'n' Horsepower concert in Surrey. It's not too surprising a gig, as Stewart and drummer Kenney Jones have organized the event for the last three years. The event serves as a fundraiser for the Prostate Cancer UK charity.

    Billy Joel played at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum on Tuesday night for the 32nd time, and perhaps this concert is the most relevant, as it's the last show to be played at the venue before it's closed for major renovations. The pianist and pop star opened his set with "Movin' Out" as a tribute to the closing of the famed venue.

    Glasgow based post-rockers, Mogwai, recently lent their musical expertise to score the BBC's latest documentary, "Atomic - Living In Dread And Promise." The first installment of the BBC "Four Goes Nuclear" series focuses on the forthcoming anniversary of Hiroshima. "Atomic," directed by Mark Cousins, is suitably scored.
