    Lollapalloza packs about as much variety into a music festival as possible, ranging from Paul McCartney to The Weeknd, from Metallica to Bassnectar on the headlining stages. The rainbow of colors on display onstage makes for a photographer's paradise, and Music Times was among the publications that sent our shutterbugs to gather images from the party. Writer Ryan Book tried his best not to look out of place in the photo pit over the weekend.

    During the 6th Annual OVO Fest, it was pretty apparent the "6 god's" reign over his opponent Meek Mill would not be letting up anytime soon. Not only did the "Back to Back" rapper ridicule him to the point of no return when he took to the stage last night using dozens of Twitter memes to cheer the crowds on at his expense, but there were at least five times throughout OVO Fest where Mill was the butt of a joke.

  • Grimes' Claire Boucher Talks New Album, "Diss Tracks" and Scolds the Media

    Grimes' Claire Boucher, Recent covergirl for Fader and electro sensation, plans to release the follow up to 2012's 'Visions' in October. The track listing to Boucher's forthcoming LP is set to include "a lot of diss tracks" including a song "about male producers," which, according to her recent profile for Fader, was inspired by "a guy who acts like he knows everything and then comes back crawling on his knees, which has happened to me so many times."

  • Madeon Fall North American Live Tour Dates Announced & Zedd Support Shows

    Madeon has announced the dates for his North American Fall Live tour. The "Pay No Mind" producer kicked off his world tour in support of his debut artist album Adventure in North America in the spring performing at venues all across the country including Coachella and right here in New York City at Webster Hall, which we had a pleasure to attend. The new set of shows will primarily take place over the month of September, including a few festival gigs at Electric Zoo, Life Is Beautiful and TBD Festival, while also acting as a support act for Zedd on his True Colors Tour this fall.

    Los Angeles County Supervisor Hilda Solis plans to introduce a motion at today's board meeting that would take a major step and ban major music festivals on county property pending an investigation into the deaths of two women this past weekend at HARD Summer music festival, which took place on at the Pomona fairgrounds.
