It's the latest jab in the ongoing feud between the two owners of competing vodka brands, EFFEN vodka (50 Cent) and Ciroc (Diddy), which, lately, has been kept aflame by 50 Cent on Instagram.

    The stunning success of Straight Outta Compton has prompted a reexamination Dr. Dre's troubling history of violence against women, of which there was no mention in the film. Since the film's release, a few women, including R&B singer and Dre's former girlfriend Michel'le as well as hip-hop journalist Dee Barnes, have come forward to speak on Dre's past assaults against them and the "revisionist history" being shown in the N.W.A. biopic. Soon after Barnes wrote a highly publicized op-ed in reaction to the film and it's abuse-free narrative, Dr. Dre issued an official apology "to all the women I've hurt" via the NY Times, which both Michel'le and Barnes have since addressed.

    Soon after Tha Dogg Pound rapper Daz Dillinger spoke on plans to release a 'Straight Outta Compton' sequel focusing on Tupac Shakur, Snoop Dogg and Tha Dogg Pound, tentatively titled 'Dogg Pound for Life,' Universal Studios has denied any involvement in the project. Ice Cube, who Dillinger had said had approved of the idea, also denied that he ever green-lighted 'Dogg Pound for Life.'

    Wiz Khalifa just performed in Finland yesterday (August 21), but he ran into some trouble when he arrived back in the U.S. and landed at LAX. The "See You Again" rapper just tweeted, "Haven't been slammed and cuffed in a while. That was fun." He then shared a picture of six police officers pinning him to the ground and holding his arms against his back. He's no longer in custody, as he's now tweeting, and he continues to share details about the violent experience.
