    After Yung Relle posted a video on Monday Bobby Shmurda declaring he was back, rumors began to swirl that Shmurda (born Ackquille Jean Pollard) had made bail and been released from custody. "I'm back, baby," Shmurda says in the video, captioned #MyBro Is Back, #DontTellNobody. Unfortunately for fans of the rapper, Riker's Island has confirmed that the Shmoney dance originator remains in custody at the NYC jail's West Facility in East Elmhurst, NY, HipHopDX reports. The misleading video was likely a shameless publicity stunt by Relle.

The "Hot N-a" rapper has been charged with reckless endangerment in the second degree, conspiracy in the second degree, three counts of conspiracy in the third degree, two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree and one count of criminal possession of drug paraphernalia (intent to sell and possession of narcotics).

According to Wondering Sound, Shmurda (whose real name is Ackquille Pollard) was arrested at Manhattan's Quad Studios along with several members of his GS9 crew, and is expected to be indicted tomorrow, Dec. 18. Though the specific charges against Shmurda are at this time unknown, they are likely drug-related, as the story was confirmed to Wondering Sound by Kati Cornell, director of public information for New York's special narcotics prosecutor.

    Bobby Shmurda goes back to the well that keeps on giving. The Shmoney dance has not died out yet, and Bobby and his team are taking full advantage of that fact. As reported by MTV, their latest move is to create an app where you can upload a picture of yourself to a website and your face will be superimposed onto one of several different people doing the Shmoney dance, like Shmurda himself, a soldier, Drake, James Harden and others. The app, titled the "#ShmoneyGram," allows you to upload a photo of your choice and creates GIFs of some of the most memorable Shmoney dance moments. It compiles them into a Shmoney dance GIF gallery, where you can see everyone else's Shmoney dance next to yours. The site clearly links to his single "Hot Nigga" and to his new EP "Shmurda She Wrote," which was released Monday, Nov. 10.
