Now, Stirling has been announced as one of the 50 musicians who are winners at the 2015 YouTube Music Awards. Other artists include heavy-hitters such as Beyoncé, Taylor Swift and Lady Gaga. -

Tim McGraw to Sing Glen Campbell's 'I'm Not Gonna Miss You' at Academy Awards
Glen Campbell continues to battle his Alzheimer's disease, but that doesn't mean he won't be represented properly at the 87th Academy Awards in February. Tim McGraw will sing Campbell's final single, "I'm Not Gonna Miss You," which is nominated for Best Original Song. The Rhinestone Cowboy wrote and recorded the tune for a documentary titled Glen Campbell...I'll Be Me that highlights his final tour in the wake of an unfortunate diagnosis. -

Tim McGraw and Brad Paisley have been tapped as the headliners for the second annual event, which kicks off May 2. Rascal Flatts and Brantley Gilbert will also be on hand for the festivities, "Rolling Stone Country" notes. -
Lee Brice, Chris Young Announce Tour Through March [SCHEDULE]
Country superstars Lee Brice and Chris Young have teamed up for a string of co-headlining dates this winter. According to "Taste of Country," their joint dates kick off Jan. 22 in Syracuse, New York, and finish March 8 in the considerably warmer climate of Honolulu, Hawaii. Country duo The Brothers Osborne will be opening for seven of the nine dates. You can check out the complete list of tour dates below. "Lee and I had a blast last year when we were out with Brad [Paisley]," Chris Young said in a press release, via "Taste of Country," "and so we thought it would be great to join up for a co-headlining tour for our fans this winter. I can't wait to kick things off in Syracuse later this month and head west all the way to Hawaii!" This tour comes in support of Lee Brice's most recent album "I Don't Dance," which was released in September. The album was Brice's third overall, his first since 2012's "Hard 2 Love," and spawned the singles "I Don't Dance" and "Drinking Class." Chris Young's most recent album "A.M." — not to be confused with the Wilco or Arctic Monkeys albums of the same name — was released in 2013, and was the singer's fourth studio album. -

The Shaky Boots Music Festival announced its complete lineup this afternoon, and some of country's biggest stars, including Blake Shelton, Brad Paisley, Rascall Flatts and The Band Perry will be taking Atlanta by storm this May. -
Brad Paisley Remembers Little Jimmy Dickens with Website Tribute Post
In a post titled "Saying Goodbye to My Hero," Brad Paisley paid tribute to country legend Little Jimmy Dickens, who recently died at age 94. The "Whiskey Lullaby" singer opened for the Grand Ole Opry star when he was starting out in the music business. Dickens was also a favorite guest at the CMAs in recent years, clowning around with Paisley as he hosted alongside Carrie Underwood. "Why was he my hero? Jimmy made more out of his time on earth than anyone I've ever known; an incredible life in every measurable way," Paisley wrote on his website. "Longevity? Yes, practically unheard of. Faith? Totally and wholeheartedly. Humor? There was no one funnier, or with a better sense of it." Paisley called Dickens the best entertainer he has ever seen, adding that "he was the best friend any human being could ask for. Bar none." "Love? This was a big one. I think he loved everyone he ever met, and if not, he never let it be known. More importantly, I think everyone who ever met him loved him instantly...and forever," he wrote. Dickens was known for hits like "May the Bird of Paradise Fly Up Your Nose" and "Take an Old Cold Tater (and Wait)," which earned him the nickname "Tater" from buddy Hank Williams. -

Grand Ole Opry legend Little Jimmy Dickens has died. The country singer was hospitalized for a stroke on Dec. 25, six days after turning 94. Dickens performed right up until the end of his life, gracing the Opry stage on Dec. 20 for a big birthday bash. As Rolling Stone Country points out, the singer was best known for comedic tunes like "May the Bird of Paradise Fly Up Your Nose" and "Take an Old Cold Tater (and Wait)." -
CMA Country Christmas: Steven Tyler, Brad Paisley, Alan Jackson, More Play Holiday Faves [WATCH]
The 2014 edition of the "CMA Country Christmas" special aired last night, Dec. 1, and it featured some big names and classic tunes. Brad Paisley, Alan Jackson and Little Big Town were on hand to spread some holiday cheer. Aerosmith's Steven Tyler stopped by, and the whole event was hosted by Sugarland's Jennifer Nettles, who has been in control of the show for the last few years. Carrie Underwood, Hunter Hayes and Lucy Hale all contributed songs. A few of the highlights from the show came in the form of duets between artists of the country persuasion and guests from other genres. Tyler and Paisley teamed up for a revved-up version of "Run, Run Rudolph" that showcased the country star's guitar chops. Just in time for the Christmas shopping season, there's a new musician clothing line on the market - and it's coming from a bit of an unexpected place. Over the weekend, country music superstar Brad Paisley has unveiled his own collection of boots, hats, T-shirts and jackets at Boot Barn. To fit in with the "Perfect Storm" singer's new album Moonshine in the Trunk, the line is logically called Moonshine Spirit by Brad Paisley. -
Garth Brooks, Twitter: 'The Dance' Singer Gets 45 Followers Per Minute in 1st Day on Site
Garth Brooks returned to recording with "Man Against Machine" Tuesday, Nov. 11, making the release his first since 2001's "Scarecrow." Now that he is back in the public eye, Brooks decided to join Twitter and Facebook to connect with fans, and "The Dance" singer's first-day numbers are pretty staggering. According to "CMT News," Brooks joined Twitter the morning of his album's release date, posting a selfie that currently boasts 2,141 retweets and 4,993 favorites. By Wednesday afternoon, Nov. 12, the country icon amassed 69,000 followers, which CMT figured out amounted to 45 followers every minute. As of today, Nov. 13, Brooks has more than 77,000 followers, but only follows nine people. Wife Trisha Yearwood and Brad Paisley made the cut, as well as actor Chris Pratt, "Good Morning America" host Robin Roberts — whom the singer brought to tears with a tender rendition of "Mom" — and TV personality Ellen DeGeneres. -

Though there's no release date yet for LL Cool J's upcoming album G.O.A.T. 2, the legendary Queens rapper has shared one of the album's tracks "Break Your Face," which you can check out below. As the title implies, the 808 Mafia-produced track offers a pretty heavy beat and some intense flow from LL, who makes references to Malcolm X, Al Qaeda, and his notorious Brad Paisley collaboration "Accidental Racist." -
