    Who are the best songwriters of all time? Beatles fans will quickly split into factions to argue for either John Lennon or Paul McCartney, and that's fine. McCartney has 32 no. 1's to his name and Lennon has 26, good for the no. 1 and 2 all time in terms of no. 1 singles. But no. 3 all time? How about Max Martin, who just got out of a tie with Mariah Carey thanks to his work on Taylor Swift's "Shake It Off." The song marks Martin's 18th time at the top of the Hot 100 according to Billboard.
