  • Rihanna and Justin Bieber to Headline V Festival in the United Kingdom

    Both Justin Bieber and Rihanna are scheduled to headline this year's V Festival in the United Kingdom. The popstars will hit the stage interchangable during the two-day music extravaganza, taking place on Saturday (Aug. 20) and Sunday (Aug. 21) at Hylands Park in Essex and Weston Park in Staffordshire. They will be joined by a plethora of other artists to help celebrate the festival's 21st anniversary.
