He had been struggling to find the financing from investors to begin an aggressive share buyback plan at the agreed price in May of $5.25 per share. Now that the company's share are valued at $1.39, that initial offer has become untenable and SFX is now exploring other options. -

Drugs and music go hand in hand. Drugs at music festivals are ubiquitous and available in all shapes and sizes. A new study attempted to quantify the levels of drug use going on 15 of the major festivals in the United States and Europe. Drugabuse.com looked at 3,622,365 Instagram posts mentioning festivals and linked them to possible language relating to drug use and the results aren't that surprising. Some of the major EDM festivals like EDC and Ultra Music Festival reference Molly/ MDMA the most, while Marley Fest has the highest total for marijuana. Burning Man features the best variation of drugs including DMT, mushrooms and LSD. -
UK Labour Party Hopeful Jailed For $150,000 Tomorrowland Ticket Fraud
The UK will head to the polls on Thursday, May 7 to vote in the 56th parliament and thus decide who will lead the country for the next four years - David Cameron of the incumbent Conservative Party or Ed Milibrand of the Labour Party. Local elections will take place on the same day across most of England and one Labour Party hopeful who had originally hoped to rise up the ranks in the Labour Party is headed to jail for an extensive fraud she committed with her mother in 2013. According to court documents, 23-year-old Charmaine Bowers, created a grand scheme where she was able to scam more than $150,000 out of fans expecting to purchase tickets to the popular EDM festival Tomorrowland, which takes place in Boom, Belgium.
