    Rihanna and Drake know how to "Work" a hit, and they're doing it again atop the charts. For the eighth week in a row, the lead single off Rihanna's new album ANTI crowns the Hot 100. And though RIhanna is breaking records with her new single, she may not have a No. 1 single for much longer, as new tracks from Panda and Fifth Harmony jump up the charts.
