Lance Bass shed light on the supposed "feud" between his former bandmate Justin Timberlake from NSYNC and Britney Spears.

Contrary to popular belief, the media's imagination seems to have created this so-called feud, according to the singer.

Setting The Record Straight

Lance, a longtime friend and bandmate, describes his close relationship with Britney and Justin.

At the annual Environmental Media Association Awards in LA, lance shared his perspective on the personal dynamics between the blonde beauty and the now-controversial singer, emphasizing that their apparent feud on social media did not reflect the actual state of their relationship.

Lance said the couple's struggles were not a mere "fight."

He shared his perspective to The Sun, where Lance believes that the personal problems encountered by his friends are simply a part of life's journey.

Additionally, he expressed his positive view on the recent achievement of Britney Spears.

Reconciliation

In the ongoing aftermath of Britney Spears' memoir detailing the heartbreaking moments of her past relationship with Justin Timberlake, there remains a segment of dedicated fans who persistently target her former partner.

These fans are deeply affected by revelations of his desire for an abortion and allegations of infidelity, which shook the public consciousness back in 2001.

Curiosity about the famous couple's ability to navigate their differences prompted a question directed at Lance, who told the outlet, "Well, the problem is they've already sorted it out, and everyone just forgets."

"No, they are fine. They support each other. They love each other in their ways."

"He has apologized. She is amazing. It's just like everyone; this has happened already," the former singer went on to say.

"So I think just people like to keep fights going, but look at the people that are in the fight. They don't care. They're good."

Bombshell Claims

In the pages of her memoir, Britney Spears revealed the way the media perceived her - labeled as "a seductress who shattered the dreams of America's beloved icon."

Meanwhile, she found herself in a state of temporary isolation in Louisiana, while he indulged in the vibrant world of Hollywood.

Despite remaining silent on Britney's allegations, Justin indirectly addressed the situation during his performance in Las Vegas last December, saying "no disrespect" before playing "Cry Me A River," a song about her.

Hours later, however, the pop star dragged her ex and said on Instagram, "I never mentioned how I beat him in basketball, and he would cry... no disrespect."

Lance also said that Britney's book doesn't mean anything regarding her and Justin's relationship status now.

"But she was talking about her past. She's not talking about it right now. Okay. So what's happening right now - they are fine."

"I don't know why people try to keep this fight going. It wasn't even really a fight. It was just life."
