Madonna's past incidents of being rude toward her fans reemerged following the recent Celebration Tour.

The crooner shocked everyone at her recent stop at the Kia Forum in California when she called out a concertgoer for remaining seated during her performance. She soon found out that the fan was using a wheelchair at the time.

Following the cringeworthy blunder, Madonna attracted criticism from the public, who had since revisited similar incidents in the past.

Madonna Has a History of "Being Rude" to Fans

A thread on Quora scored the spotlight after Madonna's Celebration Tour moment. The post, "Why is Madonna rude to her fans?" received several answers from other users.

One of the comments read, "I've heard too many stories regarding her rudeness. She's been known to push people out of her way when passing by, she asked Peter Andre, a supporting act during her Australian tour 'Am I supposed to know you?' when he bumped into her a few years later."

The user continued, "Cher has gone on record to confirm Madonna was extremely rude when the latter was invited to Cher's home with her then-husband Sean Penn. It's probably an ego thing."

Some users also defended the "Back That Up to the Beat" singer, though others cited reports related to the accusations.

For what it's worth, Cher once called Madonna a "spoiled brat," saying the Queen of Pop was rude to her guests when she held an event at her home.

"I remember having her over to my house a couple of times, because [Sean Penn] and I were friends, and she just was so rude to everybody. It seems to me that she's got so much that she doesn't have to act that way," Cher continued, per The Things.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Madonna's rude behavior also caused a theater - called Drafthouse - to ban her for breaking decorum rules.

Film critic Charles Taylor also called her "the worst person in America," Showbiz Cheatsheet said.
