Ice Spice was among the celebrities who attended the star-studded Oscars afterparty hosted by Vanity Fair, but instead of getting praised online for her red carpet outfit, many people expressed their disappointment, to which she bravely responded; check out what she had to say below.

According to People Magazine, the musician attended the afterparty event wearing a black long-sleeved, floor-length, see-through lace dress, which showed her set of underwear beneath it.

Not everyone was happy with her outfit. One user reposted some of her photos and wrote in the caption, "I wish her stylist would try harder... same lace bodysuit back to back."

Later, the musician appeared to have had a change of heart as she backtracked her initial response, saying she only said it because her feelings were hurt.

"srry 4 bein a meanie i was only tryna hurt ur feelings bc u hurt mine :'P," she wrote.
