Dissatisfied with venues that have repeatedly turned him down, Kanye West is now reportedly exploring  plots of land outside the United States so that he can own his concert locations.

Insider information from real estate experts on different continents reveal that the 46-year-old rapper has allocated a significant budget of $30 million to the possible purchase.

Kanye West's Concert Exodus

According to The Sun, the 46-year-old is exploring options for hosting exclusive mini-festivals in remote locations amid challenges from event organizers due his mounting bad press and controversial stances.

The "Donda" hitmaker is aiming to secure venues outside of the usual tour locales and take charge of organizing his own music events.

Collaborating with rapper Ty Dolla $ign, with whom West released last month's chart-topping album, Vultures 1, the pair hope to have complete control over the creative process.

The outlet reports that multiple venues in major European cities and Brazil have declined to host the rapper due to his contentious remarks on social media, resulting in sponsors severing ties with him.

However, West, who legally changed his name to Ye in 2021, has decided to assume control of the situation.

Out of Venue, Into the Wild

Exploring various locations across Europe and North Africa, Ye has begun scouting potential sites in countries like France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Morocco.

A seasoned realtor told The Sun, "We were informed that the budget would be a maximum of $30 million. With this kind of money, you can buy whatever you want here."

"Kanye has a ton of fans, millions of followers, and having him buy real properties or land in one of those countries will bring tons of money to the local economy," the insider added.

According to them, Ye envisions acquiring property in Morocco and attracting 200,000 fans to his shows, ultimately sparking immense attention and revenue.

Exploring various regions and considering potential investment opportunities, the rapper's team was reportedly presented with many promising land options and expansive real estate properties by generous individuals.

Per the source, among the areas under consideration were the picturesque regions of Tuscany and Calabria in Italy, Castilla and Andalusia in Spain, and Alentejo and Algarve in Portugal.
