January is coming to an end this weekend, so it was only right for Netflix to release a complete list of the TV shows, movies, and original series arriving to the popular streaming service next month. A very eclectic mix of programs will be making their way to a screen near you, including a highly anticipated reboot, animated films, stand up comedy specials and more. This list highlights everything arriving to Netflix in February 2016.
February is a huge month for Netflix originals. This is a big deal since they recently made a huge change, by adding over 130 countries to their streaming service, making them a worldwide phenomenon. Netflix made waves with hit series like Orange is the New Black, Narcos, and Master of None, and they're back with eight new exclusives.
One of the most talked about program making its way to a screen near you, would have to be Fuller House. The Tanner family welcomed viewers into their lives back in 1987 when the original series aired and after fast-forwarding to the present day, fans will get a chance to see how each character has developed over the years.
The focus will surround recently widowed DJ (Candace Cameron Bure) who returns back to her infamous San Francisco family home with her three boys. With the help of friends and family, things slowly fall back into place. Despite the lack of Michelle's (Mary-Kate & Ashley Olsen) presence in the show, the creators believe the story lines will still play out perfectly.
Netflix will also introduce a new romantic comedy series to their list of programs. Creators Judd Apatow (Trainwreck, 40 Year Old Virgin), Lesley Arfin (Brooklyn Nine-Nine), and Paul Rust (Arrested Development) have come together to bring viewers LOVE. Both coming off of breakups with their significant others, Gus (Rust) and Mickey (Gillian Jacobs) meet by chance in a convenient store and slowly form a relationship after making a connection over their past relationship woes.
