Music festivals next year will have to compete with Mad Cool Festival's 2023 lineup because it's going to be a banger! Some of the biggest names in music right now are expected to headline the three-day event in Madrid.

Mad Cool Festival released the lineup for their 2023 event, which has some wondering how exactly the event got such big music acts, and pull it off.

Lizzo, one of the most celebrated artists right now, who happens to just release a new album, "Special," will be performing on the first day, Jul. 6.

She will be performing alongside Lil Nas X, Robbie Williams, and Machine Gun Kelly, as well as The 1975, Rina Sawayama, Gayle, and more.

Other artists included in next year's lineup for the second day, Jul. 7, includes Sam Smith, The Black Keys, and Queens of the Stone Age.

Surprise Artist

According to reports, the annual music festival left out one last empty spot on the third day. As of this writing, the question marked musician is yet to be announced, and there is no hint on who the music festival will be invited to headline the last day.

But since Mad Cool Festival 2023 has managed to compile an impressive lineup, it might not come as a huge surprise if they manage to book someone just as big or maybe even a bigger name.

However, one thing is for certain: fans will have a difficult time choosing which day they will watch-unless they want to attend all three days of the music festival. They will have a couple of days to decide because tickets go on sale Dec. 15 and 29.

Hot New Hip-Hop noted that regular three-day tickets will be priced at 195€, and these will go on sale beginning Dec. 15; while single-day tickets go on sale starting Dec. 29, and the tickets will be priced at 85€.

But fans should choose wisely because Mad Cool Festival is not done with releasing its lineup, there are more music acts that are expected to be a part of the now-sixth-year event.

While most fans are enthused with the news, some were not so much. A handful of fans took to Mad Cool's announcement tweet to complain about their refunds from the previous year.

"Still no response from MadCool regarding over £100 refund for their cashless wristbands that was never spent. Completely ignored for five months. Artists should take responsibility and boycott this festival of thieves," a Twitter user wrote.

Another one also had the same concern, "and yet I'm still waiting for my wristband refund from this year with all my emails and messages being ignored..."

"Wonder if I'll have been refunded my wristband money before next year," another added.

Mad Cool is yet to provide these individuals with any answers as of this writing.
