Lewis Capaldi recently released his new album and many fans have been raving about it for weeks now. More recently, the musician revealed that he has a collaborative song with a famous singer that was never released to the public.

The Scottish singer recently spoke with The Sun to promote his latest record "Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent" to share that he has an unreleased track that he co-wrote with Niall Horan.

When asked about which artist he would like to have a duet with, the 26-year-old singer said it was the One Direction member, and revealed that they had already worked together in the past.

Unfortunately for fans, it appears that the song is not suitable for public release as the pair axed it.

"Niall would be one of course. We wrote a song and it was not good," he told the outlet, explaining that it was "f****** s***." (via The Huffington Post)

He jokingly added that the "The Voice" coach wrote most of the unreleased track.

Horan previously called out his good friend over his documentary titled "How I'm Feeling Now." The One Direction singer said Capaldi doesn't sort out his own laundry and he was only doing it for the show as his mother was the one washing his dirty clothes for him.

"He maybe did it for the cameras ... I swear to God, Carol [Lewis' mother], I said to his mother the other day: 'Does Lewis pop around to the house or are you in his flat in Glasgow often?' She goes: 'Yeah, when he hands me the washing,'" the singer told BBC Radio 2.

Lewis Capaldi Dream Collaboration

In addition to Niall Horan, the singer also shared a few artists that he wanted to collaborate with in the future, including his good pal's friend Harry Styles.

Capaldi then noted that his biggest dream is to team up with his fellow Scot artist Paolo Nutini.

The reason why he wanted to work with the Scottish singer is because he's an "elusive" man that disappear for seven years, so it's hard for him to reach out.
