Before Britney Spears accused Justin Timberlake of cheating, the NSYNC star had already been spotted with another celebrity during the time they were still together.
In 2000, photos were taken of him and Nicole Appleton from the English girl group All Saints walking back to his hotel in London after a night out.
An old newspaper clipping from over two decades ago has been circulating on social media.
The photo features Justin and Nicole in the backseat of a car, attempting to protect their privacy by staying out of sight of paparazzi. At the time, the "Señorita" singer was 19 years old, and Nicole was 25.
The paparazzi spotted the duo as they strolled from the Mayfair Club to the St. Martins Lane Hotel. It was said that this is where Justin resided during their outing.
The pictures headlined "Nic and guy act so shy" were taken, and the story noted that he was still with "American teen temptress Britney Spears" during that time.

In 2022, Julianne Kaye, one of the make-up artists who used to work with Britney Spears, revealed that the "Toxic" singer and the former boy band member had experienced "some issues" due to their high public profile.
She told The Mirror: "Because they were so famous, Britney would get very jealous when she saw pictures of Justin out with someone like a member of All Saints in the press. These sightings created a lot of tension between them."

News about Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake made a resurgence this week when TMZ announced on Wednesday that, in her upcoming book "The Woman in Me," the blonde beauty reveals that Justin had been unfaithful to her during their three-year romance.
More specifically, the "Sometimes" hitmaker claims he was involved with another celebrity; however, out of respect for said person's present family circumstances, Britney has decided not to reveal their name.
Although it is uncertain whether Nicole is the famous figure in question, she currently has two children: Gene, who is 22, and a son from her relationship with Liam Gallagher of Oasis fame, as well as Skipper, who is three and from her marriage to Stephen Haines.
In her recent memoir "The Woman in Me," Britney Spears revealed that she had an abortion in 2000 due to Justin's reluctance to be a parent. Clearly, he "definitely wasn't happy about the pregnancy" at the time.
