Britney Spears revealed in her memoir, "The Woman in Me," earlier this week that she and her ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake were dedicated to terminating their pregnancy back when they were dating.
However, that was not the only shocking information that the "Oops I Did It Again!" singer had; according to reports, she had her abortion at home.
"It was important that no one find out about the pregnancy or the abortion, which meant doing everything at home," Spears wrote.
She narrated what it was like, and described the experience and pain as "excruciating," and that she "kept crying and sobbing until it was over."

Spears and Timberlake dated in their early 20s, back in 1999 to 2002. There were several allegations as to why their relationship did not work out, but the *NSYNC alum even claims that Spears cheated on him.
Meanwhile, the "Toxic" singer clearly expressed her guilt and regret with the termination of her pregnancy at the time, and how she suffered both physically and mentally.
"It took hours, and I don't remember how it ended, but I do, twenty years later, remember the pain of it, and the fear," she continued.

Justin Timberlake Reacts to Britney Spears' Tell-All Memoir
Following the reports about the excerpt from the memoir, Timberlake has kept mum and focused more on his family, however, fans are restless and they demand answers and justice.
"He's happy at home with Jess and their kids and he's focusing on new music. He's in such a great place," a source told People Magazine.
Elsewhere in the memoir, Spears also explained how they came to a decision to abort their baby: "Justin definitely wasn't happy about the pregnancy.
"He said we weren't ready to have a baby in our lives, that we were way too young."
Fans took to social media to express their disappointment and anger towards the "Cry Me a River" singer, and their support towards Spears.
"This is so sad she's never had a break," one wrote.
"This boy really is the cause of all of Britney's misery, going through all that, I understand why she did all that back then now, this boy needs to apologize to her and Janet, I will not be surprised if women start speaking up against him cause boy is this predatory," another added.
"ATP we don't even need to buy the book anymore... Pop Base reading the whole thing out for us and f**k Justin Timberlake."
