Bobbie Jean, the sister of Nick Carter, was discovered unconscious in the restroom, exactly like their younger brother Aaron was when he tragically passed away from a "accidental overdose." Could this be an indication that their causes of death are similar?

The 41-year-old was discovered by first responders in her Tampa, Florida home's bathroom on Saturday morning.

She was taken to a local hospital and later pronounced dead, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office informed TMZ on Wednesday.

Law enforcement claims that Bobbie Jean, whose kid will be living with her mother, was on probation for possessing cocaine at the time of her death; however, her roommates had informed them that she had not taken drugs since being released from prison.

According to TMZ, there were no indications of foul play and the sheriff did not discover any drugs or drug-related items in Bobbie Jean's bathroom or bedroom.

Per law enforcement, the reason of her death is still being investigated, and the Medical Examiner's Office will decide the official cause of death after toxicology findings are received.

The discovery of Bobbie Jean in the bathroom is a somewhat strange coincidence, since Aaron's death in November 2022 was also a result of the same circumstance. Since coroners told Aaron's family in January that no water was found in his lungs, ruling out drowning as a cause of death, Aaron's family has maintained that he overdosed on drugs.

On November 5, 2022, the troubled singer was discovered dead in his bathtub at his Californian home at the age of 34.

The police had been called to an allegation of "drowning."

Bobbie Jean's 2006 appearance on the reality show House of Carters may have made her well-known to viewers. To date, Nick Carter is yet to react to the tragedy, while their mom already said she's still in shock and would later on release a more comprehensive statement.

"I am in shock from learning of the sudden death of my daughter, Bobbie Jean; and I will need time to process the terrible reality of this happening for the third time," she siad.

"When I am able to think clearly, I'll release a fuller statement; but until then I would request to be left to grieve in private."

She added, "However deeply a parent feels the loss of a child, the suffering of a young child at the loss of a parent must be much greater."

"So, I would ask the sympathetic to say a prayer for my precious eight year old granddaughter Bella, who previously lost her father and is now also left without her mother."
