    Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck just can't seem to shake those divorce rumors and having a moving truck parked outside of their home twice within one week certainly isn't going to help. Despite being seen in public a few times over the last few weeks everything really does seem to point to a split after nearly ten years of marriage. Supposedly last weekend's moving truck was only there to take out some things during renovations but another truck sighting yesterday has lead many insiders to speculate that divorce is on for Affleck and Garner.

    There has been so much speculation surrounding the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey that at times it has been hard to keep everything straight. We do know for certain that filming has been pushed off until late next fall so that Teresa Giudice could potentially join in filming once she is released from prison in December. Bravo is most definitely pushing for her to return because a life after prison story line would probably be ratings gold. Since the feds are now allowed to garnish 24% of Giudice's earnings the network has sweetened the deal by offering her a reported $2 million to return.

    Filming has started on the revived series, The X-Files, up in Vancouver and already we are learning some pretty cool things about what to expect when the hit series returns for a limited run in January. In their minds, the characters of Fox Mulder (David Duchovny) and Dana Scully (Gillian Anderson) have never really gone away, they simply dropped off our radar for a bit. The latest photos coming from the set prove that Duchovny and Anderson are still packing some serious heat while portraying the characters that made them both household names.

She has said in the past that she is trying to raise two respectable young men and that she doesn't want them to think that jail is a normal part of life. So when Father's Day rolled around, Nida found himself completely alone, as usual.

    It is a sad week for the family and friends of Bobbi Kristina Brown, as it has been confirmed that the 22-year-old has basically been sent to hospice care to die in peace. Pat Houston, one of Brown's co-guardians issued a statement yesterday saying that her niece was now in "god's hands", confirming that the family was finally going to let her go after 5 months on life support. Shortly after that statement was given we also learned that Brown's estate is filing a $40 million lawsuit against her former boyfriend, Nick Gordon.

Earlier this year she announced her split from Michelle Rounds after nearly three years of marriage and the women were then left fighting over their daughter, Dakota. Rounds had alleged that O'Donnell did drugs and drank nightly in her bid for full custody and apparently she was on to something because it seems that O'Donnell did indeed recently fail a drug test!

This weekend, a moving van parked outside Affleck and Garner's home only intensified the divorce speculation.
