Griffin may have only survived 7 episodes of the show but in that time she got a pretty good idea of how ridiculous things are behind the scenes. While E! seems like it is determined to keep Rancic on the show but from the sounds of it, her insane diva demands and insecurity definitely take a toll on everyone.

It seemed an odd shot to take at the young star, who has actually been a guest on Fashion Police on a few occasions and, of course, there was a bit more to it than it originally seemed.

The young star has been grabbing headlines all week for deciding to purposely set herself apart from former co-host, Giuliana Rancic, rather than having her back. Rancic messed up during the network's Oscar night red carpet coverage and claimed that Zendaya Coleman's dreadlocks likely smelled of patchouli oil and weed. The comments were initially seen as inappropriate, bordering on racist and Osbourne quickly took to her social media to make sure that everyone knew that she didn't support Rancic's comments. That move may have ultimately cost her this gig.
