Everyone has heard it. Whether or not you like electronic music or not, you know Darude "Sandstorm." For better or for worse, it has been one of the most iconic songs in electronic music since it was first released 15 years ago. "Sandstorm" has also become the butt of just about every music joke on the nether regions of the internet -- a testament to its popularity. It got over during the past ten days when Peking Duk did a sit down with Sandstorm at Stereosonic Sydney and the video of the ensuing madness with tens of thousands going wild went viral. -

They discuss a whole range of topics including their upcoming tour, success and Four, but also get a special surprise from Dutch DJ/producer Nicky Romero. The host had apparently asked Romero to pick out a song on the album of his liking and make a special edit of it just for show. Nicky Romero chose "18" and played the single remix for them on TV. -
Heart's Ann Wilson Would be up for Fronting Led Zeppelin, Says She Would Jam with Jimmy Page Anytime
The three remaining members of Led Zeppelin may never reunite. Fans of the band have probably accepted that fact even though stories have surfaced saying that deals are in the works (and then they've turned out to be false). The main issue is between Robert Plant and Jimmy Page. Page is for a reunion, Plant is against one. John Paul Jones probably doesn't care anymore. So the possibility of the band playing some shows with another lead singer exists, right? Enter Heart's Ann Wilson. -
Billy Corgan Trash Talks Pearl Jam, Foo Fighters on 'Howard Stern' [LISTEN]
Billy Corgan's opinion of himself and Smashing Pumpkins has rarely been anything less than stellar, and during his appearance on The Howard Stern Show this morning (Dec. 9), he made it very obvious how much better he thinks the Pumpkins are than their '90s alt-rock peers. Expanding upon his recent statements that he and Kurt Cobain were their generation's "top two scribes," Corgan dissed the songwriting of two rock titans: Pearl Jam and Foo Fighters. -

Kaskade Premieres Ridiculous 'A Little More' Video With John Dahlbäck & Sansa [WATCH]
Kaskade, otherwise known as Ryan Raddon, has released the music video for his latest single, "A Little More," featuring a pair of Scandinavians -- producer / DJ John Dahlbäck and Finnish singer Sansa. The video finds a lone vacationer who believes he is on his way to his beloved Hawaii (as evidenced by the touristy "I Love Hawaii" shirt) ends up somewhere very, very far away from the warm and easy-going Hawaii islands. Instead his flight takes him to a cold place where people do not respond to his many "Alohas" and his attire of Hawaiian shirts and shorts leave him grossly under equipped for the weather. -
Kate Hudson Dumps Matt Bellamy in Favor of Longtime 'DWTS' Crush Derek Hough
There have been rumors for about a year now that Kate Hudson's romance with Matt Bellamy had stalled out. Supposedly, after a brief split, the couple decided to patch things up and work on their issues together. Hudson recently said that there were no wedding plans in the works but that didn't seem like a red flag, especially when you consider how much of a free spirit she is. It seemed kind of possible that they were just enjoying the moment, at least until now! It now seems to be confirmed that their engagement has been called off. Not only that, but Hudson has already reportedly moved on with "Dancing With the Stars" pro, Derek Hough. -

"Music Times" had the chance to speak with Bob Thiele Jr., music supervisor of FX's "Sons of Anarchy," a few weeks ago about his journey in music in television so far. Even Jay Leno Is a Fan of Jimmy Fallon's Revitalized 'Tonight Show'
In under a year Jimmy Fallon has transformed the art of late-night television. Gone are the days when people chose their show based on the guest-star lineup on any particular evening. Fallon is the entertainment and the reason that people are tuning in to "The Tonight Show" on a regular basis. The guest stars are kind of like icing on the cake. "Entertainment Weekly" got it right in naming Fallon the 2014 Entertainer of the Year, and as it turns out, even Jay Leno agrees. It was rumored at first that NBC was shoving Leno out to make room for Fallon, but there was never any animosity between these two. Instead, Leno took his exit with a shred of grace and now he gets the appeal of Fallon just like all the rest of us.Leno told "EW" in an interview:"I don't watch every night, but I watch and I enjoy — and I enjoy Seth [Meyers], too. Jimmy's a really great mimic. When I saw him do Neil Young, I just thought he was lip-syncing the song. But no — he really captures the nuances really well. It's different. Everybody has their strengths and weaknesses. I could never do a musical parody — it's just not what's in me. You know, I got out at the right time. When you're 40 and you're talking to the 25-year-old supermodel, it's sexy. When you're 64, you're the creepy old guy, you know? At some point, you can't pretend to know all of Jay-Z's music. You can only live in the time you live in."
