    Sunday's attendance of 19,000 beat Saturday's record-breaking tally, bringing the final count to 36,000 for LouFest's 2014 edition. The sun was out in full force in Forest Park's Central Field this time, though there were some oases of shade for concertgoers to escape to. Music Times checked out sets from The Districts, Portugal. The Man, Moon Taxi, Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, Lettuce, Grouplove, Matt & Kim, and OutKast.

    Day one of LouFest 2014 brought 17,000 fans — a single-day record for the festival — to Central Field in Forest Park. The day started off with light rain but the sun came out before too long, giving concertgoers ideal festival weather. Music Times checked out sets from San Fermin, Falls, The Jane Shermans, Washed Out, Those Darlins, and Future Islands before taking break and closing the night off with Cake and Arctic Monkeys.

    Back in March, Chance the Rapper shared a new, untitled track that he said was "just something really important." The track originally surfaced on DJ Tony Touch's with J. Cole's voice coming in a the end, causing fans to expect a collaboration. Now fans get to hear a preview of the team-up live (via HotNewHipHop).

    Looks like Justin Bieber has one less legal issue to deal with. Prosecutors have decided to withdraw their assault charge against the 20-year-old pop star, who was accused of attacking a limo driver in Toronto back in January, TMZ reports.
  • The Forest Rangers Cover Queen's 'Bohemian Rhapsody' for 'Sons of Anarchy'

    For one of the most ambitious covers yet, music supervisor Bob Thiele Jr. had to rework Queen's 1975 classic "Bohemian Rhapsody." Not exactly the easiest of tasks. However, as per usual for the show, Thiele turned to The Forest Rangers, the band responsible for turning "Gimme Shelter" and "John the Revelator" into perfect matches for the biker drama.
  • New Usher Album, 'UR,' Delayed Indefinitely

    Usher fans may have to wait a little longer to hear the pop star's next album. In an interview with Billboard, the singer said that he's taking some more to work his next effort, titled UR, which was reported to be coming out later this year.
  • Ty Segall Debuts Interactive Music Video For Manipulator [SCHEDULE]

    Segall's label, Drag City, debuted the colorful, papier-mâché video on YouTube today, but there was a second option available on his website. Instead of just listening to the video, fans can "manipulate" certain objects in the video. This trippy feature allows the viewer to change colors of the background, pictures on the wall and even see what's inside Segall's cartoon head. The interactive nature of the video works well with Segall's bouncy, synth-heavy track.

    The release of Meek Mill's sophomore album Dreams Worth More Than Money has been delayed. The album was scheduled to be released Tuesday (Sept. 9).
