  • Eight Songs That Are Genuinely Terrifying (But Still Incredible): The Cure, R.E.M., and more

There’s plenty of dark and depressing music out there (and I listen to a bunch of it), but finding a song that’s dark and terrifying is very rare. Death metal bands may attempt to be scary, but their music ends up being more cartoonishly fun than genuinely frightening. Here are eight great songs that are genuinely frightening.
  • WATCH: Sia releases New York themed 'Chandelier' lyric video

Last month, quirky singer/writer Sia not-so-secretly released the best pop song of 2014 with "Chandelier." The party-friendly track that discusses the dark side of the up all night lifestyle is the most Rihanna-y song that Rihanna has yet to record, and that's a good thing. Today (April 8), to follow up the epic swinging ballad, Sia released a fittingly cool lyric video for the track.

  • B.B. King delivers uncomfortable performance in St. Louis, including rambling 'You Are My Sunshine'

A performance in St. Louis by music legend B.B. King has many wondering if the "King" of the blues still has enough gas in the tank to keep up with his touring lifestyle. The guitarist took the stage Friday night at Peabody's Opera House and gave a show that was heavy on uncomfortable stage banter and many performances that were cut short by the headliner.
  • Lily Allen announces first US performances since 2009 in New York City following 'Sheezus' release

  • Nine Artists Who Re-Recorded Their Own Songs: Bob Dylan, Jackson Browne, and more

Musicians love doing their own interpretations of songs written by other people, but sometimes they make the unusual choice of recording new versions of their own songs. Sometimes this is done to improve on the original, but other times they simply want to take one of their old songs and try it in a different style. Here are nine artists who did just that.
