    Artist on the rise, Tori Kelly, gave fans something to talk about during her performance at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday Aug. 30 at Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. The 22-year-old singer and songwriter sang her heart out to her radio single, "Should've Been Us." This was the first time Kelly ever hit the mic to show her musical talents at the VMAs, but after this performance, it probably won't be her last.

    In a MTV VMAs night filled with shocking events, from Nicki Minaj and Miley Cyrus settling their beef to Kanye West accepting his Video Vanguard Award, someone had to bring the MTV show back to reality, and that job went to Pharrell, who took to downtown Los Angeles to bring his new single "Freedom" to the masses.

Well, we were wrong. Minaj surprised viewers everywhere when she brought out the last person expected to join her on stage: Taylor Swift.

    Oscar-Winning director Jonathan Demme, known for his work on "Silence of the Lambs" and the 1982 Talking Heads concert film, "Stop Making Sense," is teaming up with singer/songwriter and new father, Justin Timberlake. Together, the two will craft a concert film that details the final Las Vegas stop on the singer's 143 date "20/20 Experience" world tour. Demme will start editing the still-unnamed, independent concert film in the fall, Entertainment Weekly notes.
