    Sleater-Kinney served up some top shelf holiday cheer to the crowd at Cleveland's House of Blues the other night when they covered Ramones' "Merry Christmas (I Don't Want to Fight Tonight)" during a stop on their tour in support of this year's 'No Cities to Love'. As AV Club reports, they kicked-off their encore with the song. Carrie Brownstein in particular looks like she's having a blast with the Joey Ramone-penned holiday cult classic.     Bill Murray is ringing in the holiday season with the Sofia Coppola-directed Christmas special A Very Murray Christmas airing on Netflix on November 4th. When Netflix announced the special back in May they called it an "homage to the classic variety show," which of course means the special boasts an all-star cast and lots of quirkiness. The new trailer dropped this week and with it came more glimpses of guest stars including including Miley Cyrus, Jenny Lewis, Phoenix, George Clooney, Amy Poehler, Michael Cera, Chris Rock, Jason Schwartzman, and Maya Rudolph among others.

    Hunter Hayes was able to take a break from the road this Christmas season, but that does not mean he was not working on new material. The Louisiana native said he would be working with other songwriters during the holidays before heading to Nashville for a couple shows at the venerable Bluebird Café. "My favorite thing to do is just go down to Louisiana — that's where I'm from — and just chill with the family," Hayes told Western TV in December. "Just go and sit on the couch and talk. Quality time is one of my favorite things in the world because we're always moving. So to sit still for a day is kind of unheard of." He reiterated that sentiment to ABC News Radio this week, but added in some work plans. "I just wanna chill," he said. "I just got a little bit of time to be creative in my little studio at home. Got some writers that are coming out to hang." While being at home is nice, it's not exactly Hayes's favorite place to be.

She was reportedly sick with it for two years before ever being properly diagnosed, which means it had already wrecked havoc with her body, making flare-ups particularly nasty. Unfortunately, Foster spent several days leading up to Christmas back in the hospital. According to a report by Radar Online, the reality star sat for an interview with Andy Cohen on "Watch What Happens: Live" and then checked herself into the hospital. Not one to ever cancel on her obligations, Foster was determined to make her appearance before having to surrender to her illness once again. She was released before Christmas and able to spend the actual holiday surrounded by family, but sources say everyone is still really concerned about the state of Foster's health.

With Nida safely tucked away behind bars, Parks has admitted that she has filed for divorce, and when it comes to her young sons visiting their father in jail, it was not exactly on her to-do list. At least, not until now. Now, according to a report by TMZ, Parks may actually be reconsidering her original stance and a visit to Nida in prison might be exactly the gift that his kids give him. In the past, Parks has said that because she is raising two boys who will turn into men, she does not want to normalize the idea of prison for them. She had feared them thinking it was OK to end up behind bars briefly, and that is definitely not the notion she wants them to ever entertain. Fans have been divided on Parks's treatment of Nida. He got caught up in an identity-theft scam and check fraud, and while he has owned up to his mistakes, he has also hinted that he was trying to take care of his family on a grand scale because of Parks setting that bar so high. Once he turned himself in, Parks distanced herself from him, and some fans seem to think that in doing so she has been a disloyal wife.

He wants to spend the holiday in Paris with his wife and daughter, where he can celebrate without Jenner's inevitable chaos and also get some work done. According to Radar Online, Kardashian is refusing to spend Christmas anywhere but at home together with her entire family. So far she is not considering a trip to Paris, and sources say that in Kardashian's mind it is not even an option.

    It looks like once again Teresa Giudice decided that following the rules did not apply to her, and boy, is she regretting it now. It was actually quite simple: The star of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" was required to submit a payment plan to the court, mapping out how she and Joe Giudice intended to pay back the $214,000 they owed in restitution. But instead of doing that, Teresa ignored the situation and avoided making contact with the court, and the end result was a huge slap in the face by law enforcement, as the Giudice family home was reportedly raided earlier this week. According to Radar Online, since Teresa was not volunteering to set up a payment plan, then the feds barged in and took valuables, electronics and some hidden cash. "Teresa was home and was absolutely stunned by the raid. She had no clue they were coming. She was absolutely hysterical and begging them not to take the girls's Christmas presents. A large amount of cash was found in the wine cellar. This all could have been avoided if Teresa had simply submitted a proposed plan to pay off the restitution. Yet Teresa chose to once again thumb her nose at the law, and was ignoring it," said a source.
