Over the past few decades, Madonna is not only known for her fierce vocals but also for her iconic outfits that is easily recognizable by fans. More recently, the musician went through her fashion archives to have a "nostalgic trip down memory lane" which made her emotional.

Taking to her official Instagram account, the "Like A Virgin" songstress visited her archives that hold most of the iconic clothing that she wore in the past 40 years.

Some snaps featured the pop star's iconic cone bra designed by legendary fashion designer Jean Paul Gaultier.

"If I think about my journey through music over the last 4 decades- how could I not think about all the incredible clothes I got to wear and all the amazing designers I was lucky enough to work with!!" she wrote.

Madonna Gets Emotional Over Childhood Story About Her Mother

Later in the post, the musician recalled her childhood, saying her mother was always cold. Aside from being sick, her mom also never had a coat.

The reason why she never had the outerwear was that she always spent what little money she had on her children and Madonna remembered standing outside waiting for the school bus while her mom shivers because it was winter.

When the musician rose to fame and earned money from her music career, her mother's sister told her that she could "finally buy all the coats her mom couldn't buy for herself." (via Billboard)

Today, she considers the story of her mother shivering in winter to her shivering in the "over-airconditioned storage space" where she keeps all of her outfits and costumes to be "quite remarkable" for her.

The pop royalty concluded her post by saying she always remembers her mom whenever she puts on an "incredible coat" and she hopes her mother is warm and likes her taste in fashion.

Madonna 'Celebration' Tour 2023

It appears that fans will get a chance to see Madonna wear her iconic cone bra on her upcoming tour as the U.S. Sun reported that the musician will also reflect on her career through costumes. (via Page Six)

According to an insider who spoke to the outlet, her most recognizable outfits will be featured in the series of shows, especially her Jean Paul Gaultier-designed cone bra.

Madonna's "Celebration" tour will begin at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, BC, on July 15, 2023. Her supporting act will be "RuPaul's Drag Race" season 8 winner, Bob "the Drag Queen."
