Liam and Noel Gallagher are reportedly flirting with the notion of reuniting Oasis, stoking rumors of a possible reunion.

It is rumored that Liam's agents Wasserman have proposed holding four massive concerts at the Hertfordshire venue Knebworth with a capacity of 125,000 in 2025.

The ensemble would be performing together for the first time since the V Festival in the summer of 2009.

In 1996, Liam, 50, and Noel, 55, performed in front of 250,000 at Knebworth, and in 2022, Liam returned to the venue to perform for 170,000.

A source told The Sun that it's very early days for the scheme, and the proposed dates are a long way off. However, if all members concur, history will be made.

Tickets would sell like hotcakes, and fans would be thrilled to see the ensemble reunited. It would be the ideal method for Oasis to reunite and would not require an exhausting touring schedule. Both Liam and Noel are currently working on solo albums and are scheduled to tour in 2019 for their respective projects.

MailOnline has reached out to Liam and Noel's representatives for comment.

It follows Damon Albarn's statement that he would be willing to 'place money' on the Britpop rivals reuniting.

This week, the Parklife hitmakers reunited and released their comeback single "The Narcissist."

In addition, they have a slew of intimate warm-up performances before their two massive Wembley Stadium shows in July. And frontman Damon, 55, has asserted that he is confident that feuding siblings Liam and Noel Gallagher will reconcile and have a much larger reconciliation than they did.

Damon told The Sun that he can assure they'll reform. In fact, he has a bet on it. It would be fantastic for them to reconcile, as they are brothers.

He joked that the only amusing part is that their SEVEN nights at Wembley will dwarf their two. In the summer of 2009, Oasis disbanded after a fight between vocalist Liam and guitarist Noel backstage.

Meanwhile, Jill Furmanovsky, a photographer for Oasis, revealed that Noel Gallagher has admitted that bandmate Bonehead is the only individual capable of reuniting the group.

According to the 70-year-old British photographer, Noel believes the guitarist, whose actual name is Paul Arthurs, is the only person who can act as a liaison between him and Liam. Jill has been photographing rock legends for the past 50 years.
