John Legend and Common closed out the 2015 Grammys and the Selma tribute with an emotional performance of their song "Glory." Following Beyoncé's moving rendition of "Take My Hand, Precious Lord" by the Rev. Thomas Dorsey, the two men took the stage, backed by a gospel choir and orchestra with images from the film flashing on a screen behind them. Legend sang from behind a grand piano as Common stood on a platform, delivering his verses. "Glory" made for a strong close to the ceremony and a fitting message for Black History month. -

The pair came together in a harmonic duet to perform an emotive rendition of the song at the 2015 Grammys. Beck led the song on vocals and on acoustic guitar, while Martin followed his lead, leaning on the mic as he added his own vocal talents to the song. -

She didn't seem to appear too bothered however, appearing as one of the show's final performances with a rousing rendition of "Take My Hand, Precious Lord," a standard written long ago by the Reverend Thomas Dorsey and made famous by Elvis Presley. Perhaps the most famous performer was Mahalia Jackson, and it was sung by R&B performer/actress Ledisi as Jackson in the film Selma. -
