Lana Del Rey will top the bill for her first East Coast gig of the year, joined by Foster the People, 2 Chainz, Fitz and the Tantrums, Capital Cities, Chromeo, St. Lucia and Bastille. The one-day festival takes place May 10 at Columbia, Maryland's Merriweather Post Pavillion — just outside of Washington D.C. and Baltimore. -

As previously reported, Jimmy Fallon is set to take over The Tonight Show next week, but might he also be heading back to Late Night? According to Vulture after hearing the news that Fred Armisen would join Seth Meyers on Late Night as its bandleader, Fallon solicited his former SNL castmate for an audition to play guitar in the band. "I gave [Fred] my e-mail today, and I said, 'I can play guitar!" Fallon told them. "So I have to audition, but I think I have an in. I'm always there for him, if he needs me. Absolutely. Whatever he needs." -

TufAmerica has filed a lawsuit involving Frank Ocean's Channel Orange track "Super Rich Kids" and its sample of Mary J. Blige's "Real Love," according to The Hollywood Reporter. The trouble isn't concerning the actual song in its entirety for copyright infringement, it's the fact that Mary J. Blige's sample was allegedly taken from The Honeydrippers 1973 song "Impeach the President." So it was an illegal sample of a sample. -
