• Niall Horan, Liam Payne Test American Accents, Talk One Direction Hiatus, New Album

One Direction may be a batch of Brits, but that doesn't mean that they can't pull off a decent American accent. On Thursday (Nov. 19), the "Perfect" band's Niall Horan and Liam Payne stopped by On-Air with Ryan Seacrest to talk about everything from their new album Made in the A.M. to their love of Drake to their performance at Jingle Ball 2015. In the process of their chat, Horan let it slip that he can nail an American accent, and then Seacrest put him to the test.
  • Niall Horan Nearly Electrocuted at One Direction Concert, Fans Rally with #CanYouRespectNiall

Here's one thing about One Direction fans: if one of their boys is put in even mild potential danger, you know they're going to rally around him. Last night (Oct. 22), during a 1D show on the On The Road Again Tour in Belfast, Hungary, a fan splashed Niall Horan with water while he was playing an electric guitar. Because electricity and water don't generally mix well, neither Horan nor fans responded well to the incident, and the Twitter trend #CanYouRespectNiall overtook the social media site.
  • One Direction Members Sing 'Happy Birthday' to Niall Horan at Boston Concert

One Direction's September 12 gig in Boston stirred up tons of emotion for the band members and fans in the audience alike. The occasion marked the boy band's last U.S. gig before going on an extended hiatus and exploring individual avenues. On a happier note, they also used the time to serenade irish heartthrob, Niall Horan, just one day prior to his 22nd birthday.
  • One Direction Hiatus: Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson Confirm 2016 Break

One Direction is, in fact, taking a break next year. But worry not, Directioners, the boys themselves assure that they will be back one day. After rumors surrounding the "Drag Me Down" band swirled across the Internet earlier this week, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson addressed the break up and hiatus rumors.
  • One Direction's Niall Horan Drafts Zayn Malik Replacement: Pro Golfer Rory McIlroy?

One Direction and Rory McIlroy made the rather adorable announcement last week that pop start Niall Horan would try his hand as a caddie, carrying the bags for the world's no. 1 ranked golfer during the Par 3 competition of The Masters last Wednesday. Granted, all that really requires is the vocalist carrying a bag of golf clubs, as we assume the athlete can judge for himself how far away a green is (they have signs). According to Horan, McIlroy will appear with One Direction at a later date to perform at least one song onstage.
