Unfortunately, Foster spent several days leading up to Christmas back in the hospital. According to a report by Radar Online, the reality star sat for an interview with Andy Cohen on "Watch What Happens: Live" and then checked herself into the hospital. Not one to ever cancel on her obligations, Foster was determined to make her appearance before having to surrender to her illness once again. She was released before Christmas and able to spend the actual holiday surrounded by family, but sources say everyone is still really concerned about the state of Foster's health.

According to Radar Online, Teresa has had a difficult time believing she is really headed off to jail, but as time has gone on and Joe's behavior has worsened, she realized her daughters are probably better off elsewhere. "She knows Joe doesn't want to take care of them, and she doesn't think he's capable. Theresa has become so desperate she's now considering giving her kids to friends!" says the source.

According to a source for Hollywood Life, Disick has not exactly been acting like a real father for the majority of Kardashian's pregnancy, and he likely enraged her by bouncing out to attend a lingerie party just a few days after his son's birth. "They both fought over the name, and Scott really wanted to stick to honoring their fathers, but Kourtney got more adamant that it be unique. She also is very upset with Scott and felt that he shouldn't have final say over the name since he is not doing his part as a father. Kourtney wanted to make the name decision to really hit home with Scott and see if it makes him want to finally change and get his act together," said the source.

When they neglected to do so federal agents moved in and took cash, valuables and even the kids Christmas presents to auction off in an attempt to settle the debt. Now we're hearing that Teresa believes the government is watching and listening in on everything that she says and does.

At least, not until now. Now, according to a report by TMZ, Parks may actually be reconsidering her original stance and a visit to Nida in prison might be exactly the gift that his kids give him. In the past, Parks has said that because she is raising two boys who will turn into men, she does not want to normalize the idea of prison for them. She had feared them thinking it was OK to end up behind bars briefly, and that is definitely not the notion she wants them to ever entertain. Fans have been divided on Parks's treatment of Nida. He got caught up in an identity-theft scam and check fraud, and while he has owned up to his mistakes, he has also hinted that he was trying to take care of his family on a grand scale because of Parks setting that bar so high. Once he turned himself in, Parks distanced herself from him, and some fans seem to think that in doing so she has been a disloyal wife.

That is probably why when 13-year-old Gia Guidice's all-girl group 3KT failed to make enough money to fund a music video through a Kickstarter campaign, it was Teresa to the rescue. According to a report by Radar Online, the campaign raised only a little more than $900 of the $7,500 needed to make the video so 3KT's manager canceled the initial shoot. There was no way Giudice was going to allow her oldest daughter to be disappointed heading into the last holiday they will be able to spend together for a while, so she decided to foot a nice chunk of the bill to get the video made.

Instead of looking at the whole picture, Kris likes to swoop in and grab paychecks. Jenner obviously wants to get paid, but she is also looking to have some longevity in the business.
