According to Rolling Stone, Beyoncé's new album might finally drop next year if Columbia Records chairman Rob Stringer's recent comments are true. "At some point, Beyoné will put a record out, and when she does, it will be monumental," he told Hits Daily Double. He did not, however, divulge specifics on a release date for the follow up to 2011's, 4. Although the singer has not released any true "singles," she has released about four teasers throughout 2013. -
