Rita Ora is leaving Jay-Z’s label Roc Nation to sign with Warner Music, which follows a lawsuit filed by the British singer in 2015 describing an “orphaned relationship” between herself and her former label. On the heels of her lawsuit, Roc Nation had filed a counterclaim. Ora has now signed with Warner Music, but specifics of her deal with the company are not available at this time. Roc Nation has additionally not confirmed or denied the settlement reports.
