In spite of being dogged by rumors of there being trouble in paradise, Portia de Rossi and Ellen DeGeneres just celebrated their 10th anniversary yesterday, Dec. 1. That is a pretty big accomplishment for any couple, let alone one that has been rumored to have muddled through addiction, infidelity and trust issues in just the last six months alone! Of course, there have been moments here and there when the couple has swung back, insisting that all is well between them, but the media has a way of clouding things. What we are sure of is the fact that de Rossi posted photos with her wife on her Twitter account this past weekend, and the two could not have looked happier. Sure, they know how to play for the cameras, but it looks like there is a real connection between them again, and the makeup-free selfie might just be one of the best candid shots of them ever. -

LAPD Turns Investigation of Allegations that Casey Kasem Was Abused By Wife Jean Over to D.A.'s Office
Can you believe that nearly six months after radio icon Casey Kasem's death he still has yet to be buried? Jean Kasem has kept her late husband's body in Oslo, Norway, where she claims he should be buried because of his family's roots. Casey's children launched an elder abuse investigation against Jean and the LAPD has finally confirmed that it has turned its findings over to the D.A.'s office. According to TMZ, it has already said that it is unlikely that any charges will be filed due to lack of evidence against Jean. That lack of evidence is the real issue here, and Casey's children believe she has fought an autopsy to protect herself. In fact, not only is Casey still unburied, but he has yet to be embalmed, which means any evidence of mistreatment is literally disintegrating away. Casey's daughter Kerri Kasem has especially pushed for the investigation because she believes Jean's neglect led to infected bed sores that may have played a part in her father's death. -

Now "The Nights" is available on all portals with its opposing partner in addition to two added remixes from artists Avicii has been keen on."The Days" and "The Nights" continue down the road that Avicii has paved for himself with "Wake Me Up," managing to merge country, folk and EDM. Tabbing U.K. heavyweight singer and former Take That frontman Robbie Williams on "The Days," Avicii delivers his folksiest track to date next to "Hey Brother.""The Nights" follows the same vein, but veers more electronic with cheery, pitched synth melodies under the vocals of Swedish DJ favorite Salem Al Fakir. The song encourages its listeners to live every day like it is your last, a message probably lost on most for those people glued to their television screen playing "FIFA 15." -
