    Of Monsters and Men recently announced the follow-up to its 2011 debut My Head is an Animal. Beneath the Skin, due out June 9, already sounds promising with lead single "Crystals" already making the rounds on radio and the Internet. Ragnar "Raggi" Þórhallsson recently spoke to Billboard about the new release, which she promises will be more personal than the first.

    Tyler, The Creator dropped his new album Cherry Bomb on Sunday night, and we reviewed it on Music Times today. Last night, the Odd Future honcho spoke to PBS about the project. In an interview with host Tavis Smiley, Tyler spoke about his school years, working with Roy Ayers, idolizing Pharrell Williams, being inspired by Pleasantville and Dead Poet Society, and more. Here's some of what we learned:

    Jay Z is continuing to push TIDAL, and now he's offered an exclusive music video for subscribers of his new streaming service. Today (April 16), the TIDAL shareholder released a music video for his 2012 track "Glory."
  • Muse Will Bring Literal Drones on Tour, According to Matt Bellamy

    Muse seems fairly committed to the concept behind its new album Drones, and now it seems as though the "Psycho" rockers are looking to bring the flying military objects into their live show. In a new interview, Muse singer Matt Bellamy revealed that for the band's 2015 tour, they'll bring along some real-life drones, as long as the code allows for it, of course.
  • Google and Abbey Road Studios Join Together for a Virtual Tour of the Studios

    Google has joined forces with Abbey Road Studios in order to produce an in-depth tour of the legendary London recording venue. Abbey Road Studios is a place where magic happens -- numerous Beatles albums, Pink Floyd's 'Dark Side of the Moon' and Radiohead's 'The Bends' are all musical commodities from the eminent recording studio.

    The world had better get ready for some more tender-hearted country music from Jason Isbell, because the critically acclaimed crooner will be releasing a new album this summer. Following the success of his 2013 solo album Southeastern, today (April 16), Isbell announced that he will be dropping his fifth studio album Something More Than Free this July.
  • Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars's "Uptown Funk" No. 1 on 'Billboard' Adult R&B Chart

    Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars's hit "Uptown Funk" has scored its first No. 1 on 'Billboard's' Adult R&B Songs chart. The upbeat track was released last November.
  • 'Empire' Lee Daniels Says on Twitter That Show's UK Premiere Will Be April 28

    Empire, the hip-hop musical drama that has many talking and singing, will now hit the UK on channel E4. Lee Daniels, the show's creator confirmed Empire's UK start date for April 28.
  • Grateful Dead Co-Founder Bob Weir to Be Focus of Netflix Documentary 'The Other One'

    The latest documentary to be presented among an impressive bundle on Netflix will focus on Grateful Dead co-founder Bob Weir. 'The Other One: The Long Strange Trip of Bob Weir' will be available to stream beginning Friday, May 22.
  • Incubus, Deftones, Death From Above 1979 Announce Summer Tour

    Incubus and the Deftones will join forces for a summer tour that kicks off July 22 in Clarkston, Michigan, and wraps Aug. 30 in San Diego. Death from Above 1979 will tag along for all but one of the dates in addition to support band The Bots. Major stops include the Susquehanna Bank Center in Camden, Aaron's Amphitheatre at Lakewood in Atlanta and Red Rocks in Morrison.
