  • Grammys 2016 Performances Ranked from Worst to Best: Hollywood Vampires to Kendrick Lamar

The Grammys primetime telecast is less of an award ceremony and more of a three-and-a-halk hour long concert. On Monday night (Feb. 15), there were 20 performances and just a handful of trophies given out. While some of the artists on music's biggest night shined bright and brought true artistry to the Grammys (Kendrick Lamar, Chris Stapleton, Alabama Shakes), other performers were less about the music and more about shameless self-promotion of sexist special guests (Hollywood Vampires, Pitbull).
  • Grammys 2016: Kendrick Lamar Dominates with Charged 'To Pimp a Butterfly' Medley [WATCH]

Kendrick Lamar's Grammy-winning and Grammy-nominated album To Pimp a Butterfly is a politically-charged masterpiece that explores race in America, so it should be no surprise that he brought that message to the Grammy Awards. In one of the most epic performances of the night, Lamar took to the stage to perform a medley of tracks from TPAB while making bold statements.

  • Grammys 2016 Winners and Nominees List

  • Grammys 2016 Album of the Year Nominees, Who Should/Will Win: Can Kendrick Take on Taylor?

The big question of the 58th Annual Grammy Awards is... can anyone beat Taylor Swift? While she seems almost a lock for one of the big four awards, something like Album of the Year for 1989 may not be guaranteed. Can she beat the innovative rap of her "Bad Blood" collaborator Kendrick Lamar's To Pimp a Butterfly? Or, while alt-rock rule supreme once again, taking this award for Alabama Shakes?
  • Grammys 2016 Record of the Year Nominees, Who Should/Will Win: Taylor Swift Battles Bruno Mars

Record of the Year is the Grammy award that truly defines an era of popular music. Given to the people truly behind what makes a song pop (the artist, producer, mastering engineer, recording engineer and mixer), this one is all about performance. Past winners of this massive category include essential songs like Michael Jackson's "Beat It," Whitney Houston's "I Will Always Love You," Adele's "Rolling in the Deep" and Daft Punk's "Get Lucky."
  • Grammys 2016 Best Rock Album Nominees, Who Should/Will Win: Can Highly Suspect Beat James Bay?

The Best Rock Album nominations for the 58th Annual Grammy Awards are quite the mixed bag. You have the AAA-friendly sound of James Bay and Death Cab for Cutie battling against the pure rock of Highly Suspect against the abrasiveness of Slipknot and the high concepts of Muse's Drones. How to compare five albums that, at the end of the day, could not be any more different from each other?
